WZDM N' MVMT offers online golf fitness programs designed to improve your game through research-based exercises. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a foundation or a competitive golfer wanting to gain an edge, our programs cater to all skill levels. We focus on developing proper swing mechanics, increasing flexibility and range of motion, and building the physical conditioning needed for long-term success in golf.

2. What types of programs do you offer?

We offer several program options to fit your goals and schedule:

  • Golf-Specific Workouts: Programs ranging from 6 to 12 months that focus on power development, swing mechanics, and muscle endurance

  • HIIT + CORE Workouts: Quick 5-20 minute workouts perfect for busy schedules, where I work out alongside you

  • One-on-One Training: Personalized coaching tailored to your specific needs and goals

3. How will these programs improve my golf game?

Our programs are designed to deliver immediate results by targeting the key physical components of golf performance. You'll experience better ball striking through improved swing mechanics, increased clubhead speed from enhanced power development, greater consistency from improved core stability and balance, and reduced risk of injury through proper conditioning and flexibility work.

4. Do I need any special equipment to participate?

Most of our programs can be adapted to minimal equipment, making them accessible whether you're working out at home or in a gym. Specific equipment requirements vary by program, and we provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate effectively regardless of their access to equipment.

5. How long before I see results?

Many clients notice improvements in their flexibility, strength, and overall conditioning within the first few weeks. Golf-specific improvements like increased swing speed and better ball striking typically become noticeable within 4-8 weeks of consistent training. The key is consistency—the more dedicated you are to the program, the faster you'll see results on the course.

6. What makes your approach different from other golf fitness programs?

As a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified trainer and Queen's University Kinesiology graduate, I bring a research-based, scientific approach to golf fitness. My programs aren't just generic workouts—they're specifically designed to address the unique physical demands of golf. Plus, with options for one-on-one training, you get personalized attention and programming tailored to your individual needs and goals.
